Fun football training drills for 10 year olds
Basic Info
To formulate a complete training plan, you must first practice physical fitness. It is when their bodies are growing that strength training is particularly important. There should be a set time every day to get in touch with football. I have been familiar with football since I was a child. Of course, I also have to study cultural classes, because without culture, I can’t play football well.
Both are indispensable. In order to prevent them from finding the training boring, they must often be taken out to play. After all, they are still children.
This requires coaches to have interesting and rich training methods, so in this issue of the children’s football lesson plan sharing series, King of Football shares three children’s football games with you. I hope your children can have fun playing football.
Mini football goal for training
Training 1: Tiger Tail
Applicable age group: 4-10 years oldTraining objectives: alertness, reaction, change of direction, explosive speed, body twisting, turning, and shielding
Equipment: Logo disc, team vest, football
Venue setting:
●Use a logo plate to lay out a 30X20 field (the size of the field can be set according to the number of players)Organization method:
1. The players all pretend to be little tigers.2. Each tiger has a tail tucked into the back of his shorts. The tail must be visible so other tigers can steal it.
3. Every tail a tiger steals must be added to the back of his shorts, and other tigers can steal as much as he has.
4. If the tail falls to the ground, all tigers can steal it. To prevent the game from turning into a tug-of-war, whoever touches the tail on the ground first will get it.
5. A tiger cannot grab its own tail and does not allow others to steal it. It must protect its tail by running away quickly and turning around to avoid cover.
6. The game can set a time (for example, two minutes) and see which tiger has the most tails after the time is up.
Variety:
●Each person has a ball and let them take the ball and steal the tail at the same time.●When the tail is stolen, the tiger will be taken off the field, until the last tiger left steals everyone's tail to start the next round.
Guidance points:
●Remind players to turn and avoid●Remind players to speed up, sprint, and observe.
Training 2: King of the Ring
Applicable age group: 4-10 years oldTraining objectives: close control of the ball, turning, blocking and stealing, protecting the ball, decision-making ability Equipment: football, logo plate, team uniform
Venue setting:
●Use a logo plate to lay out a 30X20 field (the size of the field can be set according to the number of players)Organization method:
1. Players dribble the ball freely in the ring area without rules.2. Control the ball well and keep the ball at their feet. They must hit other players' balls out of the ring.
3. If the ball is hit out of the area, the player is eliminated and cannot touch other people's balls. The eliminated player must hold his ball and dribble around the outside of the ring.
4. When the last 2 to 3 players are left in the final battle, a time limit can be added to encourage them to strive for victory. If the time ends and there is no winner, everyone joins in to start a new round.
Variety:
●Group the players into groups, select one or two to be the attacker, and let the rest avoid. The offensive team must hit the defensive team's ball within the specified time.Guidance points:

Take the second player, and then the two of them carry the ball through the channel again, bypassing the big sign barrel and return to the team.
3. Each time the chain rotates, one player will be added until all players have joined the rotating chain.
