Building the best glass squash courtHow is squash a sport played?

Coincidentally, my fitness club has a squash court, and I have some knowledge about squash.
As a fitness enthusiast who focuses on squash, I don't need to describe the origins, venue specifications, or detailed rules of squash either. Just briefly talk about the gameplay.
The gameplay of squash is very simple, including doubles and singles. Let's take singles as an example. There is a designated playing area for squash, and neither side can step out of the serving area before serving or when the ball does not touch the opposite wall. When the ball touches the opposite wall, it can move freely in the field. Both sides take turns hitting the ball towards the wall, using force and angle to change the landing point of the ball to create difficulty for the opponent to catch it. You can hit the ball towards the side wall and use refraction to hit the opposite wall. Only when the last contact is with the opposite wall, hitting the ball is effective. When receiving the ball, you can intercept it in the air without letting it touch the ground, or you can let it touch the ground, but only once. When one side fails to receive the ball, they start serving again. During hitting and moving, do not intentionally obstruct the opponent's receiving line.
Squash serves to the winning team, winning by 11 points. Many people believe that squash is like tennis. In fact, the hitting of squash is very similar to that of badminton. When China first established its squash team, players were selected based on badminton matches.
Squash consumes a lot of heat and significantly improves flexibility, responsiveness, body coordination, and hand eye coordination.
Compared to tennis, the squash court has a relatively small area and lower ball elasticity, which increases the difficulty of controlling the game of squash. For example, unlike squash's "American Brothers" tennis, squash can be shot to any corner of the court. Because every time the ball is hit, it must hit above the wall covered with tin in front of it, so the ball is not easily eliminated in squash games. This is also the reason why the game time of squash is longer compared to tennis.

Introduction to Squash Arena Venue

At the beginning of the game, after the player chooses the right to serve
1. The serving side can choose to serve on the right or left back court;
2. At the moment of serving, the serving party must place one foot on the serving area (without stepping on the line);
3. After the ball leaves the racket, it must directly contact the front wall, above the front serve line and below the boundary line. When the squash bounces off the front wall, it must land on the other side's back court;
4. Squash hitting the serve line, boundary line, ground serve line, half court line, etc. during serving are all ruled out or fouled.

After serving, during the game

1. Each effective hit must make contact with the front wall once, with the squash above and below the boundary line;
2. Each hit must be made after the ball has bounced off the front wall, and after it has not touched the floor or can only bounce off the floor once;
3. If the serving party makes a mistake in hitting or fails to receive a good ball from the opponent, the right to serve will be transferred to the opponent. Similarly, if the receiving player makes a mistake in hitting or fails to receive a good ball from the serving party, the serving party will receive 1 point.
When beginners play ball, their racket is easily swung onto their face. To prevent the opponent's racket from hitting the ball horizontally, it is necessary to wear an eye mask.
I hope my answer can help you solve the problem!
