2、 Basic skills of passing and receiving practice.

(1). Multiple people pass the ball to each other on the inside of their feet.
(2). Multiple people pass the ball to each other on the outside of their feet.
(3). One player passes the ball with their inner or outer foot, while another player stops the ball with their sole and then passes it back with their inner or outer foot.
(4). One player passes the ball, while the other player quickly pulls it back from the bottom of their foot, then uses their inner foot to push the ball through the back of the supporting foot, and then uses their original supporting foot to pull the ball horizontally through the front of their body before returning it.
(5). One player passes the ball, while another player uses their inner foot to catch the ball behind the supporting foot, and then passes it back with their other foot.
(6). A team member pulls the ball horizontally to the right through the front of the body with their left foot, moves one step to the right, repeats three times in a row, then passes the ball diagonally and runs back to the starting position. Another team member repeated the above exercise.
Note: When changing the direction of the ball towards the inside or outside, preparation should be made in advance and the direction of the foot should be adjusted before changing direction. We should learn to choose a point as the target and consider the direction of the ball when passing it. These experiences can only be gained through practice.

When performing the following exercise, the distance between the two team members is 10 meters:

7. Kick the ball with the back of the foot and pass it to the partner. The partner stops the ball with the outer side of the foot and places it in a position where the ball can be kicked directly with the back of the foot, then passes the ball back.
8. The exercise format is the same as before. When kicking the ball, tilt back and pass it. The partner can use any part of their body to receive and control the ball, and then pass it back.
Considering the age difference of athletes, the distance between two team members should be limited to 10-25 meters during the following exercises:

10. Use the inside or outside of the foot to volley the ball and increase its rotation. The exercise format is the same as above.
11. Kick a bouncing ball. The exercise format is the same as 9, and the transformation format is the same as 10.

12. The companion throws the ball to both sides of the practicing team member, and the practicing team member swings their legs sideways to directly pass the ball back.

13. Straight running, use the front of your foot to hit the ball from top to bottom with force, causing the ball to spin backwards. Your partner uses their chest to stop the ball and then returns it with the same motion.
14. Run diagonally, use the far end of the foot to kick the ball, rotate the ball that passes out, and stop the ball with the outer side of the foot at knee height, then return with the same motion.
15. Run diagonally, kick the ball with the outer side of your foot to make it spin, and your partner will also use the outer side of your foot to stop the ball and then return it with the same motion.

3、 Group passing practice

(1). This is the basic practice form of grabbing the ball in a circle. Group 5-8 people in a circle, 1-2 players defend in the circle, surrounding players pass the ball to each other, and players in the circle intercept and steal. If the pass is intercepted or the pass goes out of bounds, the player who is intercepted or kicked out of bounds will replace the player in the circle. You can use a limited number of passes or pass feet to change the practice. This exercise is a great way to improve technique, as passing requires appropriate strength and accuracy to achieve the goal.

4、 Offensive and defensive exercises

The main practice is to cultivate the sense of position of each team member on the field. The best way is to form it through two teams' offensive and defensive exercises. Firstly, each team member needs to understand their own position and conduct offensive and defensive exercises.

Basic running methods in football matches

1. Edge running
