Today is day 30 of the start of the program.As usual, today I recorded yesterday's diet and exercise.

Yesterday's breakfast: a carton of milk 200ml, calories 140 kcal;
Yesterday's lunch: bean curd, cauliflower, rice, calories about 299 kcal;
Yesterday's dinner: tomato and egg noodles, noodles are soba, calories about 417 kcal.
Exercise: basketball for 20 minutes, 192 kcal; walking (data from cell phone) 233 kcal.
Calorie difference = basal metabolism + exercise - intake = 1900+425-140-299-417 = 1469 kcal.
